Multi Ply conveyor belts for grease and oil resistance
As a rule, oils and greases have a very destructive impact on rubber, however, materials that contain oil or
grease are conveyed daily . In order to protect rubber components in the conveyor belts from swelling, types
of rubber that are resistant to oil and grease should be applied. Since not all oil and grease types are equally
aggressive, we provide different types of belts to meet all the requirements.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Moderately oil and grease resistant cover. Suitable for products with medium quantity of animal and vegetable fats and oils (grain, oilseed rape and tailings, compost, fodder mixtures, sawdust and wooden chips with a low pitch/terpene content, etc.).
Oil resistant cover and moderately oil resistant skim coat. Suitable for materials containing animal fat or vegetable oil. This belt type is used within industries manufacturing and handling grain, fodder mixtures, soybean cakes, tinned goods, cellulose, wooden chips, fertilizers. Used for belts with cut edges and sliding transporters.
Highly oil resistant type of cover for transportation of products containing mineral oils, diesel fuel, terpene, etc. – even at increased temperatures. This type is resistant to lilamins that are used in fertilizing industry.
Oil resistant cover and moderately oil resistant skim coat. Fire and flame resistant cover according to ISO 340.
Suitable for handling grain, fodder mixtures, soybean cakes, cellulose, wooden chips, fertilizers. Used in applications with fire safety requirements.
Conveyor belt meets the following requirements: resistance to burning with covers, antistatic, drum friction test.

These belts are available in different constructions ranging from smooth belts, Supergrip, Finegrip, Noppen up to Chevron belts.
