The Flexco® BR™, manufactured by Flexco, is a rivet solid plate system, suitable for the strictest tensile applications. It features a broad, heavy-gauge plates for long wear and a sift-free splice. It also has a smooth, scalloped Edge™ profile that abolishes the tendency to hang up. The product also has a multiple point rivet attachments that goes between the belt’s carcass fibers to guarantee maximum grip. It operates well along with warped belts, and it is suitable with troughed belts.

Recommended for the most demanding high-tension applications, our BR™ Rivet Plate fasteners are now easier and faster to install with the newly designed Aluminum MBRT Installation Tool. Designed to improve installation time, the tool has a specially machined scalloped edge that eliminates the need for cumbersome clips and cam rod, allowing fasteners to nest securely on the bottom side of the belt. Plus, the enhanced clamp bar holds belt securely in place during installation without the need for additional nails or reinforcement.
