Impact beds consist of a set of impact bars, Techno Cast provide those changeable bars made of Kryptane® polyurethane, that can be installed on most impact beds easily, leading to time and cost reduction.

- All bars come complete with heavy-duty extruded aluminum insert. This insert provides bar rigidity and is designed to accept standard 12 mm grade 5 bolt and washers for easy replacement
Specifically designed to absorb and disperse the force of impact in load zones.
The unique frame design allows for the impact bars to easily slide out in two sections for more efficient removal and replacement, reducing maintenance and downtime costs.

- Heavy-duty extruded aluminum insert for increased support and strength
- Replacement bar for most beds on the market
- FRQS urethane available
- No expensive T-bolt required
- Less rebound than rubber impact bars
- Load Zone™ impact bars are available in standard lengths of 1220mm, 1400mm, 1520mm and 1830mm.
