Metal detectors are intended to report the presence of metallic parts, magnetic or not. Mainly used for the protection of the industrial facilities for treatment of materials, grinding, crushing, etc, it is used to purify products polluted by unwanted metal waste.
Placed under, or all around a conveyor belt, it carefully examines the conveyed product and detect the presence of a metallic elements, by triggering an alarm or stopping the conveyor, depending on the operation made.
