FEATURES & BENEFITS
Fire and flame resistant conveyor belts are suitable for:
- heating stations, power stations and garbage incinerating plants
- coal loading, coal transportation
- steelworks and foundries
- closed conveyors
- flammable goods
- potentially explosive areas
- near flame sources
- tunnel constructions
- underground mines
Raising safety
Our fire resistant belts provide the greatest level of fire safety, made with a special formulation rubber, with added flame retardant properties which effectively starve the flames of oxygen, thereby extinguishing the fire.
Our product passes Qualitative Standard for Flame Resistance of Conveyor Belts (ISO: International Organization for Standardization /DIN: the German Institute for Standardization).
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
With regard to the application there are four types of conveyor belts available:
- K type: flame resistant with rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004
- K-MOR type: medium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004
- S type: flame resistant with and without rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004
- S-MOR type: medium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with and without rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004
